RULES FOR THE CHAIRMAN'S TROPHY
1. The
Chairman Annually at the F.B.P.M.C.'s General Council Meeting Function
will award this Trophy.
2. The Trophy
will be awarded to the person who the Chairman believes has furthered the
Aims of the Federation during the previous 12
months.
3. The
Chairman will announce his Decision at the Annual General Council Meeting
Function.
4. The
recipient will receive the trophy and a replica.
5. The
recipient of this award will be responsible for the safe keeping and
custody of the trophy for one year. The holder shall return the trophy to
the Chairman F.B.P.M.C. by 1st March prior to the General Council Meeting
or when requested to do so by the Federation.
