2. The
Trophy will be awarded to the person or persons who the
National Competition Secretary believes has furthered the
aims of the F.B.P.M.C. and contributed to Motor Sport in the
previous year.
3. The
National Competition Secretary will announce his decision at
the Annual General Council Meeting Function.
4. The
recipient will receive the Trophy and a Replica.
5. The
recipient of this award will be responsible for the safe
keeping and custody of the Trophy for one year. The holder
shall return the Trophy to the National Competition
Secretary F.B.P.M.C. by 1st March prior to the General
Council Meeting or when requested to do so by the
Federation.
