ALTERATIONS TO THE
CONSTITUTION
No alterations or additions to the Constitution may be made except by a majority
vote at a General Council meeting. Notice, in writing, of such a proposed
alterations shall be served to the General Secretary not less than 28 days
prior to the date of that meeting .
MATTERS ARISING NOT
COVERED BY THE CONSTITUTION
In the event of matters arising not covered by the Constitution the General
Secretary shall be empowered to deal with them after consultation with Officers
of the Executive Committee, subject to the matters being placed before the
General Council at the next meeting .
PERSONS WHO HAVE A
PECUNIARY INTEREST IN THE F.B.P.M.C
Any person who has a pecuniary interest direct or indirect in any contract,
proposed contract or other matter and is present at a meeting at which the
contract or other matter is the subject of consideration, shall at the meeting,
or as soon as possible after its commencement disclose the fact and shall
not take part in the consideration or discussion of the contract or other
matter or vote on any question with respect to it.
NOTIFICATION OF CONSTITUTION
Copies of the Constitution shall be made available to the Council of the Police
Athletic Association and the Association of Chief Police Officers .
